As of June 4, we shall meet at Kamerin Springs Park (map), the approximate duration of our outdoor activity will most likely stretch until the beginning of September. If we have smoke conditions during the summer months, we will of course gratefully resume our qigong/taijiquan activities indoors.

Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes, and don’t forget your water bottle. It’s a great way to relax, move, and connect—invite your friends and neighbors to join in!

Sometimes the smallest changes can bring the greatest benefits to your mind and body. Find your flow by discovering how gentle Qigong movements can help reduce stress, boost energy levels and improve sleep quality.

Qigong flow includes a warm-up, followed by instruction and practice of the movements. Deep breathing and focused attention are coordinated with the movements to help sync the body, mind and breath. Qigong flow doesn’t involve chanting or difficult poses, and no special equipment is required.
